How to order online in delicacylady

How to order?
Order steps:

Sign in/Register
Select your item: you can also search our items by using our search engine. You can search by brand, by keywords or item code.
Put them into your shopping cart: After selecting the items, click on ‘Order’ button to add the items on your shopping cart.  You can set the quantity in

the shopping cart. If you want to buy more items, you can click on “continue shopping” button on the checkout page to return to the home page, and select

other items.
Fill out & Confirm your order information: in this page, it shows the delivery address, phone number and email. Please check carefully your information is

correct  before you submit the order.
Pay: After you confirm your order and click “confirm” , your order will be created and there is a order number and the page direct you to make the payment.

We offer Western Union, bank T/T and credit card payment to you.  After completing the payment, your order is finished and you will get an email of the

payment confirmation
Check your order status: you can check your order status by logging in your account. In your account, click on “order history record” button in the left

hand side and all your order information will be listed here.
 How to modify order?
1. Can I modify my purchase items before dispatched?
Yes. If the order status is not “Dispatched” (login your account in our website and check the status from your order history) , you can modify the purchase

items by simply emailing or sending us a message and telling us which item you want to change. After receiving your message/email, we will cancel the

previous order and refund you. At the same time, we will send you a new invoice, in which includes the payment button for the new item you want to change.
2. Can I modify purchase items after dispatched?
No. If the order status is showed “Dispatched” (login your account in our website and check the status from your order history), it means the order has

been sent.
3. Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if the order status is not “Dispatched (login your account in our website and check the status from your order history). You can change the delivery

address by emailing or sending  us a message and telling us the new address. 
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you changed your mind after making the payment, you can cancel the order by simply emailing or sending us a message and telling us the order number.

We will refund you soon after. Please note that, cancel order won’t be accept if the order status is “Dispatched” (login your account in our website and

check the status from your order history)
 How to track order ?
Your order will be sent to your door by using EMS or TNT .Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. With this tracking number you

can track the progress or your purchase on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main at any time. Through system, your order is tracked from the time your order

leaves from our port to when the item arrives at you door! Please keep in mind that due to cargo rotation, it might take up to 3 working days before the

online tracking module would show your tracking number.
